Questions
UK GDPR and Analyzine
Is Analyzine UK GDPR compliant?
Software on its own can’t be. Analyzine gives you the features on this page. Whether your site meets the UK GDPR depends on how you set them, what your privacy notice says and how you run your site.
Does visitor data leave my server?
No. Visits are stored in your own WordPress database, and the tracker talks only to your site.
How do I handle a request to erase someone’s data?
The same way you do for the rest of WordPress: Tools › Erase Personal Data. Analyzine hooks into it and removes that visitor’s analytics too.
What about cookies in the UK?
Cookies are covered by separate UK rules. Our PECR page explains how Analyzine’s cookieless and cookie modes fit.
